The Coaching Process:
Once we get started, we’ll go through some discovery to understand who you are as a leader and who you want be. If we are doing an assessment, we’ll kick off here. If you have prior assessments, we’ll review those.
This is where the hard work begins. We’ll work together to craft an approach to meet your objectives.
We’ll check in against your goals often to monitor progress. If during the process your goals change, we will adapt our approach.
Typical engagements last 6-12 months. We also offer shorter, micro engagements with assessment work.
