Kristin Hart is a Leadership Coach and Talent Development Leader whose passion is helping successful leaders become more effective. Her foundational belief is that in today’s world, where leadership is ubiquitous, it’s essential to coach the whole person. Kristin thoughtfully engages with her clients, helping them to examine who they are as leaders, who they want to be, and developing action plans to bridge those gaps. She coaches with a balance of candor, empathy, and humor, which enables her clients to reach their goals and beyond.
Kristin completed an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. She is also certified in The Leadership Circle Profile ™, a powerful and comprehensive 360 assessment tool. Kristin coaches clients in the Real Estate, Public Sector, Technology, Pharmaceutical, and Hospitality industries.
Kristin attended Georgetown University for her undergraduate studies, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – with a double major in Operational and Information Management and International Business. She also completed extensive studies in Theology. Kristin went on to earn her Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
Kristin’s professional experience is diverse, allowing her to connect with clients from all backgrounds. Kristin worked for IBM as a Public Sector Consultant for many years on large Federal projects. During this time, she became certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), a skill that she uses on all of her projects today. She moved on to Marriott International and held various roles in Program and Portfolio Management in Human Resources. In 2016, she led the Global Integration for Human Resources between Marriott International and Starwood Hotels and Resorts. Kristin is currently the Global Talent Development Leader for Marriott International’s Luxury Brands. In this role, she leads a team to create, deploy, and sustain bespoke solutions to build culture, attract talent, and engage leaders and line-level associates.
In Kristin’s personal life she enjoys interviewing prospective undergraduate students for Georgetown University. Kristin is an active wife and mother who volunteers at her children’s schools and enjoys engaging in their extracurricular sports.
